Is payment secure?
Our store uses SSL encryption technology, which offers you maximum security, particularly in terms of data protection for online banking.

WE NEVER HAVE ACCESS to your bank details, which are encrypted and secured directly via Stripe, a recognized leader in online payment security.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept payments by Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards, as well as PayPal. More payment methods will be added in the future.
How long does it take to receive an order?
We ship your order the same day, so that you can receive it as quickly as possible. Orders generally arrive within 3 to 14 days.

Contact us within 30 days of receipt of your item to arrange a return or exchange.
I need to change something about my order. How can I do this?
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately at [email protected], once our warehouse has processed your order we will be unable to make any changes.
My order status says “Not Completed”. What does it mean?
“Unsatisfied” simply means that we have received your order correctly! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the order status will change to “Completed”.
Can I cancel my order?
We try to process our orders very quickly to make sure they get to you as soon as possible, so canceling an order after it’s been placed isn’t always possible. However, we always want to help you, so please email us (with your order number) at [email protected]
How can I track my order?
When your item ships, we’ll email you tracking information. You should receive a tracking number and a link to a website where the parcel can be traced. If you need help, email us or Live Chat. We are always happy to lend a hand.
I did not receive my order. And now?
While we try to choose trackable services for our orders, things don’t always go to plan. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via Live Chat or email us at [email protected]
Something is missing in my order. What I do?
If you have ordered more than one product, it is very likely that they will arrive separately, as our products are made by various partners. You should receive tracking for each package as it ships, so check the tracking on your missing item.
Is there a guarantee?
Trendlove has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects for one year after the original purchase. Basically, if the product parts or mechanics are malfunctioning, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product free of charge. However, this does not cover any abuse you may put your product aside on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental damage, scratches, strap damage or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.
